[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first couple days I was pretty impressed with the hardware but after a week the laptop got stuck in tablet mode meaning that no matter how I rotated the display that keyboard and trackpad were disabled which makes the laptop useless. I’ve talked with tech support and they’ve run me through all of the fixes that I had already tried online that wouldn’t work. So I basically comes down to either returning it or sending it back to Lenovo to be fixed. In my situation I can’t be without a laptop for long so I’m just going to return it. Overall a terrible experience I would never recommend this to a friend and honestly I’m kinda turned off ever buying a Lenovo again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new computer is wonderful. Fast and efficient. I love the new thumb print log on. I have always used HP. I don't care for other brands, but this HP is top of the line for me.
Easy to transition to Lenovo from Dell. However, the computer shuts down and has to restart every time I am online. During a Zoom meeting, it started crackling like loud static and froze the screen. Had to turn it off. Lenovo is worthless to me if it doesn't work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generally satisfied with this one so far. This is our 2nd Lenovo laptop. Actually operating Windows 11 isn't as bad as what some of the reviews act like. I have had a couple "glitches" so far that I can't explain though. For some reason my wi-fi will drop out unexpectedly, usually when the computer comes out of sleep mode. Also, the Microsoft jigsaw program locks up every time upon completion of a puzzle?? Other than these two snafues, the thing runs great!
