Excellent multipurpose, good balance of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent multipurpose laptop with a good balance of features, great capacity and, so far, decent battery life. I'm a mature user, not a gamer, occasional creator. I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop with enough power to do some minimal Creative Cloud but not a work computer, large enough to give me good screen real estate but not so large I need a forklift truck to carry it. This fits the bill. Speedy, excellent screen, reasonable number of ports. If you want to pretend it's a tablet, I think it's too big to be comfortable, but there are plenty of ways in which having the touchscreen feature is convenient. This laptop replaces a five-year-old Lenovo desktop only because I am starting to travel much more and needed to get mobile, and I hope this iteration proves as reliable as my prior Lenovo purchase.

My Yoga 16" laptop is fantastic. The I5 Intel chip makes activities very quick to accomplish - particularly mathematical/statistical tasks. It's very light and the 16 inch screen significantly reduced my eye fatigue when building spreadsheets and pulling together presentations - no grabbing the wrong info due to small fonts and limited screen space. I love it and you will too!!!!

I enjoy the flexibility of the yoga, the 32gb of RAM and the smooth workflows of this device. A little extra weight is a small price to pay when considering how much better this product is compared to surface devices. This is a workhorse! I use this product for graphic design and engineering. It handles all of my programs well.
