Stopped Working after FOUR days!!

I want to say I love it because it’s beautiful, but it literally stopped working after 4 days. We lost ALL of our freezer food and some of our refrigerator food. At this point, I feel like I can only give it a thumbs down. So disappointed. I heard good things about GE. Wondering if we got a lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
