Excellent PC. Well configured. Good combination of screen size, screen resolution, keyboard, RAM, SSD, and HDD. Enough I/O. Very good battery life. Quality construction. Excellent performance. Exceptional value.
The specs are accurate and are as expected of a 13th gen i7, and functions really well. I have had a small software glitch with my bluetooth headphones cutting out, which I believe is a minor driver issue. One thing I like is the physical webcam cover that can be manually toggled (webcam quality is decent, as expected of most laptop webcams). The touchpad is a thing to get used to if you previously had a laptop that had physical buttons below the touchpad. The battery life is good, and the charger is a 45W one that can be interchangeably used with some other HP Laptop products, which is even better. Overall, this is a good laptop for students that need to use it on the go, or for use in a single location at home, and has solid processing power that lets you run apps like Solidworks or Photoshop without any trouble at all (as expected from the specs).
Hey all I’m not computer savvy in the least bit and my last HP lasted 14 years because I’m afraid of “change”. My last HP was held together by bubblegum and duct tape. This new one is lightening fast and it was so easy to setup a computer moron like myself did it with ease. The only thing I wish I had added was the keyboard lights up feature. Other then that it exceeds all my needs LOVE IT !!
I keep getting emails stating my service agreement ends in 1 year, but I paid for 3 years. It shows this on my invoice. It doesn’t run as fast as it should for some reason.
Purchased this laptop for school and personal use. I enjoyed customizing the HP. The price was reasonable for my needs and wants. I have used it a few times now and have no complaints. I had a chrome book before. I needed a laptop that was larger and with more memory.
