Laptop works as expected although there is a power feedback in the Audio and Video which becomes more noticeable when the cooling fan kicks in. Most likely a result of a cold solder in the fan mounting.

So Far it looks like a great unit only problem is that the hard drive is the one part that I over looked it is not a large as the one it was purchased to replace, totally my fault an oversight on my part. From the little I have used it setup was easy plug it in and turn it on the machine does it all.

I found that the mouse is too sensitive. The skin felt cheep and thin . Lost sound for two days, also it showed a blue screen than timed out. It just turned back on the next morning. after a few tries of turning it on and off it powered up.

I am pleased overall with my new laptop. I would have liked a couple additional USB ports and I don't like that the on/off button is buried on the Function key line. This is my first time using Windows 11 and I do not like it as much as Windows 8-10. Things that were intuitive with previous Windows OS require more work to accomplish with Windows 11. That, however, isn't an HP issue. The laptop itself is durably built, light, and powerful.

This PC has everything I was looking for at a good price. The size, speed, extra HD and SSD and adequate RAM and CPU fit our needs. We were not looking for a gaming PC but one that would replace an old HP desktop for portability and space saving. This PC fit the bill perfectly. Picture and sound resolution and quality are acceptable. No problems setting up and transferring personal files and photos from the older PC.
