Does not work

Joystick controller down direction does not work. Multiple push button do not work. We got as far as setting up our network and user name and can't even play a game because neither the player 1 nor player 2 buttons function. After spending the day building this unit with me, my kids were so excited to try it out. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. Hoping to get somewhere with the warranty.

Defective Plastic Cover

The plastic piece that covers the game’s control knobs does not fit securely on the control panel and rises up above the knobs.

I am want to hire for all items that need to be constructed, but I actually did this one by myself, and it works perfectly. it brings back memories for me and my nieces and nephews love it. Amazing item! I don’t regret this purchase at all. It’s also great for stress relief.
