keeps having black screen and closing apps. keep having this issue despite updating, and going through factory reset, as per guidance of ASUS support team. This is brand new laptop. May have faulty device. want to inquire about exchange for different laptop, because it's otherwise great!

Still getting used to it, as well as Win 11 and MS365. Isn't Asus' problem; is Microsoft's. Asus display is excellent - crisp & colorful. The touchpad sucks - stutters, jumpy, moves on its own, sticks, stops working. Shocking, considering price of this laptop. Considering returning it because of it. Sound quality is only fair. Keyboard is awkward - needs page home & end keys & that can be used with one hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my third Zenbook in the last 12 years. Asus products are wonderful. I will only buy Asus brand which I use for personal and business. All my laptops have run very smoothly and don't load up a bunch of junk on them
