Not Just for Gamers!

These are what now provide the main lighting for my home office/library as I hate using the overhead light. I ordered two sets of the ten panels during a "Black Friday in July" sale and love that you're walked through with a video on how to set them up, along with the app helping to configure the design. For the design that is over my desk, I just rotated one of the recommended designs to be length-wise, instead of height-wise. I wanted to emulate the wings of a bird/phoenix with the second set, but I likely would've needed to combine all twenty together to pull it off, so I settled for a provided design that was wing-like, lol.
If there is one, small criticism I have, it's that when you use the setting to have all of your Govee lights on the same theme, even if that theme is multi-colored, these Hexa panels will only change to a solid color, while everything else will show multiple colors. But that's a small nitpick because you can still control them independently. Of all my Govee items, these are definitely my favorite. The video shows my office set up with the panels, the RGBIC light strips that come with diffuser covers, though I did not use them for my bookcases, and the desk rope light.

Govee hexa lights

I think the lights are pretty good. The only things is the install on the wall. I needs a 3 point double sided tape points to make sure every panel is balanced so no need for panel assist tool after the first install. The other is no bi-directional with the first panel centered and panels on both sides.

Easy to set up, apply, arrange, and they're so bright and crisp and expressive! Absolutely no complaints, these are excellent! I only wish I had more of them!

Hexa lights

I bought the 10 pieces lights and I'm very happy bout them.
Tonight I finished to install the hexagons on my wall and they work good. I also have Govee Glide wall lights that I got from years.
I want to thank you for your wonderful products and ask mercy for my bad English....bye bye.

These Glide Hexa Lights are amazing and you won't be disappointed. Can't give this product a full 5 stars though, as the Pro and Ultra are even better! Still, would recommend this version to anyone, especially those who are more budget friendly!
