Expensive, buggy, slow, and screen defects.

Less than 2 years into ownership, I have maybe 200 hours of listening. Music apps crash frequently, so my listening sessions usually end in frustration. Even debloated, the device is extremely slow and buggy. Now, considering selling it, the screen randomly delaminates which Sony won't acknowledge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please try these three troubleshooting steps, which are often effective in restoring stable operation:

1. Restart the Walkman:

-Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.

-On the menu that appears, tap "Restart". This step can often clear background processes and temporary glitches causing instability.

2. Check for System Updates:

-Ensure your Walkman is running the latest software, as updates frequently include stability improvements and bug fixes for applications.

I can stream Apple Music, Quboz and Tidal

I bought this to listen to my Apple Music Library. Setting it up was very easy. I wish that Sony comes out with videos on how to use it. It took me a while to play around with it. Good solid product. I don't have to get an additional streamer, dac or headphone amplifier. Highly recommended.
