So easy to use

I just bought a house in 2019 and have to shovel my sidewalk and driveway myself. No biggie, but I am not a very big person or strong, so shoveling definitely takes a lot of energy for me. Anyway, this shovel is not heavy so I can carry and move it with ease. My only two issue are, one, squeezing the handle as you push the shovel hurts my hand. And two, the snow blows forward, you should be able to make it blow to the right or left depending on where you're shoveling the snow. Overall, I would say I am very happy with my shovel and can't wait to use it again. :)

quit working after two months.

The blade will not turn. The motor is running but the blade will not turn. I checked the drive belt and it is attached properly. I received this for Christmas 2020

Works Great

Love the tool, works great! The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because the auger is plastic and breaks easy. The first time I used it, it cracked. Then each time after that until I have virtually no auger left! I can understand it not being under warranty but at least make it available then. We've had an unusually heavy snow fall this winter and I can't even use it. I have a bad back, torn rotator cuff and high BP, for the little I was able to use it, it really helped. Very disappointed!

Fine, Not Great

-Only blows snow ahead, giving you double the work as you push forward

I'm glad I tried this, but I don't see using it in the future. Either I blow the snow ahead to wind up shoveling it again, blow it onto my neighbors' sidewalks, or blow it out into the street. The second two options will get me into trouble, so I'm not sure it's really worth the effort.

It's a Battery Operated Snow SHOVEL

This product does what it says it will do. It's a very lightweight battery operated shovel, which also blows the snow. If you need a high power snow blower, this is not the product for you. It is excellent for clearing the sidewalk in front of my house (my neighbor's too). It is faster than shoveling. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that, as mentioned by others, the snow blows forward and if the wind is blowing, it'll also cover you in snow...as it is clearing your sidewalk. For the price, it's fine!
