Oh my goodness. Great product

I would recommend to anyone to get this product if you want your deck or porch clean as new at half the time. Efficient. Easy. Enjoyable

My driveway and lanai were quite dirty and this made the cleanup so much easier. The battery lasted a long time and made my job so much easier. Please do yourself a favor and purchase one.

Internal hose kinks when the handle assembly goes together so no water gets to the spray jets. Have to hold handle assembly apart for water to flow. Great idea, just does not work well. I returned it.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this together and originally couldn’t get the water to come out… it seems to have a link in the water supply tube. If you fully put it together the water doesn’t come out. There is a warning of that happens to open the handle and try to unkink it. We tried and tried and it just seems to always kink. It’s like the pole is too short or the tube is too long. If you leave it unattached it does work and works really well cleaned up the patio nicely but you can’t direct it so it take a lot . I’m still trying to see if I can get it to connect without the link because it does a great job when it is in working order. I tried to add the photo of the kinked tube and how well it cleans but they won’t upload … hoping I can fix it

Heavy, noisy, poor cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, the machine is noisy and heavy even with use of a light duty hose. These poor qualities could have been overlooked for a great quality result of the using the product. It does not clean well on uneven surfaces. It was used to clean the front porch deck built with composite wood. It left dirt behind on the areas that did not come into contact with the brushes. The spray nozzle is very low pressure and does not remove all the dirty water left from cleaning. It requires dragging another hose to spray behind the machine. The quick connect does not engage under pressure. After all this I would have preferred to use a deck brush and hose and do the manual labor first before having to do double the work.

Great for the new deck

We just added a Trex deck to the house and I wanted a "wet broom" to scrub the deck effectively without the harm from a full scale power washer. A garden hose and broom wasn't doing it. Saw this on sale and grabbed it. Love it! It has a few options (water direction, brush spin direction - forward/reverse, water power, brush speed, etc.) that are pretty helpful. But I put it on forward, full water pressure and it really did a nice job - with no fear of deck damage.

Cons: When pressure is applied the cleaner makes a very loud sound and stops spinning. Will be returning.
