I bought this drill right before COVID and it was in pieces..,the chuck was not installed in the drill correctly and falls out...called for help,and they blew me off....lousy drill and service...very disappointed

Actually a really good drill!

Let me start off by saying I'm a big tool and DIY guy around my house. I have big name tools and usually go with the red and black ones. I bought my snowjoe snowblower last year and some other snow tools from them and I was impressed with the quality of the product and their batteries. I didn't see a lot about this drill online but I was just curious to see what it was about - if it was bad I was going to send it back. If you need a drill and your a home diy person and have the batteries or in the market for a new drill - this is for you. The drill is actually very well thought out and balanced. You're probably not looking to spend a ton on a big name brand but looking for something decent for the price. This drill is more than enough. It has power and the batteries last a long time in these. Most cheap drills have problems where they have a lot of engineering in the motors, clutches, transmissions etc and the shell feels cheap and doesn't feel balanced in the hand. This drill isn't that. This drill feels well balanced, not too light and not too heavy, and i must say the added magnetic tray is a nice touch especially if you're taking multiple screws out of something that you have to replace later. This is an underrated drill and I would highly recommend it today anyone in the market for one. Wish sunjoe made more home tools!
