It will need fixing, don't use OEM parts.

Electrically, it's well engineered. Structurally, it's terrible. Things are constantly breaking. After 2 years of use the foam on the handle is falling off, the plastic parts that stabilize the handle broke and fell off, and the left wheel has one failed bearing and the other bearing is holding on for dear life, one of the hinges for the battery cover broke when it bumped a vehicle.
