Takes too long for oven to preheat. almost 40 minutes to 350 degrees. One of the iron grates on the cook top is rusty and chipped finish.

good stove, lousy service

I like the stove. The 5 burners are great, especially like the center burner with the wok attachment and the griddle. Used electric for many years, glad to get back to gas, but have to get used to it.
The only problem is the oven won't hold a set temperature. I set it to 300, 350, 250, doesn't matter it is eventually over 400 degrees. Might take longer set at 250, but it still gets there. I have tried to report the problem several times over the month or two and so far have received no response.
So, if you want a really great stove you can try this one unless you also want great service. Then I would try something else, maybe a Kenmore.
