Wanted to love this

I saved for a year to buy this dual fuel range and was so excited for it to arrive. Once it arrive it took me over a week to have a tech to come out and install it. Once it was installed the gas worked but the oven would not heat. I do not want to go into all the negatives I am feeling at the moment until my problem is addressed. Once I have this properly addressed I am happy to update with a raving review.

My stove is scratched waiting for someone to contact me don't understand why I'm being asked for review. This is absurd I would really like to resolve this issue please if somebody could contact me would be greatly appreciated that I'm being forced to do a review for least 50 characters is crazy So if somebody please could contact me would be awesome

Too new to tell is good or bad

Too new to tell of good or bad, so far so good, cooked a couple loaves of bread all went well! Was worried about not being able to turn off convection part and have just regular oven. A switch would be nice to turn convection off.

Finally got it!

Took awhile to get the unit after I ordered the week after Christmas. Delivery was great and it looks amazing. Installing tonight !
