Pilot Won’t Stay Lit in Oven

This and the fridge are the worst items I bought. I have to check the oven 3-4 times after lighting it, along with leaving the door open to start to make sure the pilot light is staying lit. It has turned off SOOOOO many times when I have something in the oven and will just ruin all the timing. Range is okay up top, but the low setting is like a medium on any other. There is no simmer with this thing. Wish I had saw past the pretty looks and spent a bit more.

I liked it a lot, but after 6 months the oven stopped working, I set a temperature of 300 and the temperature went up completely.

Good for Simple Use

The product works well for its basic functions and has a clean, simple design. It heats up reliably and seems well-built. However, it lacks some of the features I expected, such as a clock, alert when the desired temperature is reached, or other smart indicators. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a straightforward, no-frills model, but those wanting more advanced controls might prefer an upgraded version. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance so far.

I bought a 4 appliance Forno Bundle, which included this range with a refrigerator, vent, and dishwasher as part of a large whole home renovation. I was thinking I was getting a quality product that would look great. Well, I had half of that correct, it looks good; but it had been 2 months since install with regular everyday usage of the Forno appliances and am trying to file my 2nd manufacturers warranty claim. The temperature gauge for the over is 120-150 degrees lower than an analog thermometer I placed in the over when I realized that the oven never met the temperature I set it to (at least on the Forno thermometer). This comes after receiving a fridge without a working ice maker, only to be told that the ice maker is on back order to check back every 2 weeks. So back to the range, after filing my initial claim, I had to jump through reasonable hoops to prove to them that there was an issues taking pictures of the over thermometer and the independent thermometer to only be told after that, I had to wait because it takes 1-2 months for the oven thermometer to self calibrate! First, why make me jump through the hoops if you know what the answer is already. Secondly, if it is true that the thermometer self calibrates, shouldn't that be somewhere in the user guide? Just wholly unacceptable for what I was thinking I was getting when purchasing what I considered more of a luxury appliance brand. Will never purchase another Forno appliance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT SURE OF THIS RANGE

So far, we are unsure of the oven in this range! When we lite the oven and set the temp according to the knob setting it heats up to 25-50 degrees hotter. I am going to contact the company as well for assistance.
