Decent but defective grill

Great looking stove but the top grill function stopped sparking. Will see how Forno respond now.

Too new to tell is good or bad

Too new to tell of good or bad, so far so good, cooked a couple loaves of bread all went well! Was worried about not being able to turn off convection part and have just regular oven. A switch would be nice to turn convection off.

Stunning product. Unfortunately our oven door bar needed to be replaced because one of the screw holes was not bored out correctly. Still waiting on customer service to resolve the issue.

Air Fryer

This has to be the most beautiful stove/oven I've ever seen. I'm very happy with it except for the fact I have no clue how to use the air fryer. I just sent an email this morning, Saturday February 18, so I'm sure my question won't be answered until Monday morning.

This oven is equipped with a convection fan which is perfect for air frying because the fan helps circulate hot air around the food, which helps to cook it evenly and crisp it up. And with the included air fryer basket, you can easily use your oven as an air fryer to make all sorts of delicious and crispy foods. Just turn on you oven, place your food in the air fryer basket you will air fryer whatever is in the basket. Enjoy your air frying adventures!

I do have a forno gas stove when I go to register it shows Lazio stove that’s not the name range

Beautiful Stove but Oven will not stay lit

Regarding the oven flame going out, this model range comes installed with a safety mechanism called a gas cut off valve so if the flame is not on, all gas stops entering the unit. There is a helpful manual that comes with our range that will guide you so that the flame will no longer go out as well as this helpful video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vw7Pv2JVOU&t=1s.
