Great People and company

You learn a lot about a company when you experience an issue with their product . We had a small problem with our gas range and the support from Forno was a complete surprise. The owner and all of the people involved with the production was on a face time call with me helping to resolve the issue. Some of the issue was my fault(I need to read the owners manual). I was completely impressed by the commitment of Forno by helping their customers and their commitment to the Forno Products. I would recommend this company if you are interested with their products.

We like to fry dishes that’s why we picked this gas range. The main burner is located at the center, right under the hood. It makes the range and hood match and function well. So the cooking oil fumes can be fully exhausted out of kitchen.

Just delivered

My range was delivered yesterday. The way the range packaging was super first class. it was secured to a pallet and protected in every possible way to keep it from having any delivery damage. When un-boxed it was beautiful and perfect. Hook-up was easy and everything worked. Time will tell how it stands up to daily use.

Item was shipped from retailer missing parts, but they are sending them out to me. I have yet to use the oven, due to missing parts, but seems like a high quality product

No issues with the range. The installation was easy. I found the burner settings to be a bit high, but was able to follow the directions in the manual to lower the flame when at the lowest setting.

Fantastic product ! Finding that flame is difficult to adjust, noted in installation guide that special screwdriver 2mmx70 mm was required. I have some confusion as to where to purchase a replacement flame adjustment screwdriver as none was shipped with product. Excited to try confection oven and gridle.

Need a service call

The stove puts out a gas byproduct that is giving us headaches. I have carbon dioxide detectors and none have registered any rise in levels. There must be some other gas that is causing the headaches.

Delighted with my Forno range

Really happy with this range. Read some negative reviews that had me concerned but I figured the stove just needed to be correctly set up, especially when converting to LPG. Sure enough I took the trouble to set it up correctly by following all the detailed instructions and now I have a wonderful, adjustable stove. Very happy and superb customer service including sending me the little screwdriver required to adjust flame hight. Thanks Forno :-)
