Handsome, with minor issues

We have trouble with the oven igniting and turning itself off during pre-heating. Also, one of the cooktop sparkers has stopped working.

Poor Material on Handle

The handle appears to be flaking off the stainless coating. Poor quality material when I’ve only used a damp paper towel to clean it.

Questions about missing information in manual

Happy with the range--lots of power and looks great. Would be interested in knowing how to use the air fryer, which I cannot locate in the manual (I've never had one before), as well as regulating the oven better.
