Oven Burner Issue

Hello, our new stove was just installed and we have used the oven a few times, the issue is when baking the burner will go out and we smell gas. After a few minuets we can relight the oven, it will stay lit for but them again the burner will go out and we have to go through the same process. This is very scarry with the gas odor in the hot oven, we are now afraid to use the oven. The top cooktop burners work fine with no issues at all. The stove is beautiful, but we would like to have it professionally serviced and adjusted accordingly.

Oven is faulty and cannot get anyone on the phone or by email for my extended 3 year warranty. I have tried calling and no one answers; it is just a recording. When I email, my email gets rejected.
