Bought a brand new range from them and first time I used it on” Easter” the oven didn’t stay lit and had to move all the food to my smoker.

Need repair and replacement

Hello,
We are having some issues with our brane new gas range. We purchased about six months ago and the stripping came loose inside the glass. We removed the door to the range to get a better look and the front now has an unsightly dent. We need a new front door for our range as soon as possible. I sent this info a few days ago and have not heard back. Thank you!
