My oven keeps turning off

Ones I peg eat the oven and I leave my food cooking it automatically turns off while in the middle of baking. So frustrating and I’m loosing money throwing away food that didn’t even cook.

Oven Flame Goes Out

Moved into a home with a new Forno appliance suite. While beautiful, the "low" setting on the range top is still too high for most recipes and the oven flame does not ignite properly and does not remain lit.

ordering was easy, had questions answered by phone. communication was good through out the delivery process. delivery men were friendly and professional. no damage [ the range was very well packaged] I installed yesterday converting over to LPG was easy. I have only used the air frier function so far , but was happy with the operation. I plan to check the accuracy of the oven temperature.

Oven does not work properly but I believe that is due to poor installation. I am attempting to troubleshoot, but the company I purchased from has been zero help.
