Great stove for the price but has its flaws.

Overall quality is impressive with sturdy construction but the unit will require some adjustment upon installation. While the burners are great and put out lots of heat they do not come pre adjusted and you will have to follow the burner adjustment instruction in the installation manual. The use of NPT threads instead of MIP means you will need to look at some extra fitting for the gas hose. Because of this If you don't fell comfortable with doing the adjustments and have knowledge about what fitting you will need professional installation maybe a better choice than doing it your self. They also have a wonderful you-tube channel with instructional videos about the repair and maintenance of their appliances something I have yet to see with any other brand.
Once you do have it installed this range is great the oven controls are nice and simple and easy to use. The oven grates rival the build quality that you find in units more than twice the price of this stove and has a nice even and consistent heat. The cook top grates are solid and spaced further from the burners than other home ranges helping get an even heat for larger pans. These grates while they are heavy are easy to remove and the burner tray has no seams or spots for grim to get trapped in making it extremely easy to clean. The knobs feel wonderful in hand but will get Hot to the touch when using the oven for broil but still usable. The included wok ring is a nice touch as well as the non stick gridle that is one of the best fitting included gridles i have seen with a stove. Overall i am very happy with the stove even with its minor flaw and hope in a year I still feel this way about this stove.

Need repair and replacement

Hello,
We are having some issues with our brane new gas range. We purchased about six months ago and the stripping came loose inside the glass. We removed the door to the range to get a better look and the front now has an unsightly dent. We need a new front door for our range as soon as possible. I sent this info a few days ago and have not heard back. Thank you!

Beautiful stove

This range is stunning, commercial looking range for home. Nice and tall, heavy duty. Packaged very securely. Having issues with the burners and yellow tipped flames. Waiting to hear back from CS. We did install ourselves, so hopefully an easy fix. It would be helpful to have the burner pictures on the knobs, with the range overhang it would be much easier/faster to operate. All in all, love it huge step up from the LG I couldn't wait to get rid of!!

Great quality and appearance!

We had a Thor Kitchens gas range for 7 years, but the oven died. We were expecting a similar quality level when we bought the Forno Lazio Dual Fuel range. Boy, this Forno is such higher quality than we were expecting - we are thrilled!! Shipping was fast, and this range was packaged very protectively! It got here in flawless condition. Very nice that they included the LP conversion kit. Hubby got that done quickly and easily. We used an oven thermometer to check, and the electric oven temperature is always spot on. The entire range is great quality, and looks so beautiful in our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!
