New stove

Bought a new Forno freestanding oven and the thermostat does not work. Besides not being able to use the oven it is great.

Problem contacting support

Oven is faulty and cannot get anyone on the phone or by email for my extended 3 year warranty. I have tried calling and no one answers; it is just a recording. When I email, my email gets rejected.
