Worst customer support!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I returned an item over 25 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund. The customer service team kept promising updates but never provided any real resolution. This delay has caused me significant frustration, and I feel like my issue was not taken seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

White spot of death. Don’t buy no support or repairs for issue

Do Not Buy This Projector and Forget about any support for it. Mine developed a bright white dot that shines on the screen. This is not the only review on Nebula that has reported this. Support said there is nothing they can do. They admitted it is defective and are sorry 😢 of course they also didn’t spend over $1000. If I had known there was. Warranty or support no way would I buy from Nebula. There is no support from Nebula on their products. They take months to respond only to tell to send it and and repairs would not be free. Just think how long and what the bill for repairs would be. Reading will save you thousands. Look for a different brand of projection

Horrendous Keystone menagement

The projector was extremely difficult to use as it could not manage the keystone appropriately. I even tried manual management of the picture alignment but itdid not work at all. Fail!

Broke just out of warranty.

Don’t get me wrong, projector is/was amazing. I’ve been a long time customer across all their businesses.
Just over a year of minimal usage, developed a large and annoying white spot. Contacted customer service, they advised they can’t do anything about it. I’d have to buy a new one. I don’t know why I thought the warranty was 18 months but it isn’t. 12 months. No option to repair. Now that I am looking into it, I see a lot of people had the same outcome. So like $1700 for a projector that dies and cannot be repaired.
Lesson learned. While it is a nice product when it works, buy another brand.
