Beautiful bright oled screen, good, speakers, slow processor. It took two hours to update. Not sure why Asus would put such a low powered chipset in this vivobook

This laptop is very nice. I enjoy the vivid screen and other included features. The only issue I have is that the wireless is very sketchy. I am able to connect to hotspots and some wireless networks but have trouble connecting to others. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and hope that maybe it can get fixed somehow. Other than that one flaw (probably just an isolated incident) it is a great piece of equipment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Touch screen did not work, otherwise good.

We sent the laptop back. We were very bummed this the touch screen did not work, which was a key feature we required. We worked with ASUS tech support they could not make the touch screen work even though the pen was sold with the tablet. Was it a problem with just this computer? Not sure, we may order again.

Power and Manufacturer Defect

Everything about this device is great with one major exception. It has a lot of trouble turning on. Sometimes I have to hold the power button down for 30-40 sec, sometimes that doesn't work sometimes it comes on right away and sometimes it will only turn on plugged in and attached to keyboard or if already attached and not turning on it helps to detach the keyboard. I made sure to charge it and follow all instructions before my first use.

On the whole, I love it! There are a few issues that I haven't figured out how to fix yet though. Like that the screen locks after about 20 seconds no mater what the windows screen lock and sleep settings are. But other than the couple of snags I keep running into, it's a beautiful device and works wonderfully and I'm very satisfied with it!

Well I have mixed feelings about the VivoBook it sometimes wants to work but then it's sometimes doesn't it's about the only way I can explain it it'll get real lagging glitch out
