Joystick not working

Product is pretty straightforward to put together. Pieces mostly fit. When we turn the machine on, we were disappointed to see the joystick does not function properly. You can’t go left. Up down and right work fine, but you can’t go left. Nothing related to the install. A mechanical defect that was not able to be identified until the machine was actually turned on. Seriously disappointing.
