Seriously..is there some kind of trick to this? I’ve had my easy pass for about three weeks now and have used it on many different types of fabric, but for some reason it just seems like the middle doesn’t get as hot as the outside edges. I found that my designs are stuck down really well on the edges, but not at all in the middle. I use the heat app, but feel like I have to run The timer 3 to 5 times on each piece.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I first received it, it turned on then it stopped working. The ordeal to get this replaced was unbelievable. Stressful and frustrating. I don’t understand why this had to be so difficult.
