The light only flickers with the cord when I changed it with my other light cord it works fine. So how do I get a replacement cord to fix the problem?

Not as helpful as I had hoped. Maybe I need more light... The base is heavy and the lamp stable. Can be moved to a variety of positions and stays in place.

The light is great but Cricut advertised a 2 for 1 price deal and then said they never offered it and refused to send the 2nd lamp. I complained but got nowhere.
