The light is very nice and I really like the adjustments for the lighting type and intensity. However, it doesn't quite meet my requirements for positioning to show adequate light on project being sewn. I can use is in other areas, but still searching for a solution to my lighting issues at my machine.

I love this new lamp. It’s great that it has several levels of brightness. I also love how adjustable it is and how the lamp stays put when you adjust it up or down. The base is very heavy to avoid tipping. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t somehow fold within itself or straighten all the way to store in a corner. I bought this to replace a floor Ott light and am pleased with my purchase.
