Hello. We appreciate you sharing your experience with your LG LSDS6338F Range, especially regarding your setup with propane. We want you to feel confident choosing a model that fits your fuel source and cooking needs. This range can operate on propane, but it requires the proper LP conversion kit and a full conversion performed by a qualified technician to ensure correct pressure, flame size, and burner performance. If the conversion isn’t completed or calibrated precisely, the burners may not operate as intended. Confirming that the LP orifices were installed correctly and that the regulator was switched to the LP setting can make a significant difference in overall performance.
If you’d like us to take a closer look at your setup or walk through next steps, feel free to reach out to lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. ^James
Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Also a minor annoyance is the knobs slide easy on the shaft. The oven and the other 4 burns are fine, if not for the center burner issue the stove would be rated a 5 star

I'm really disappointed in LG. 6 months after my warranty expired the oven handle fell off. There are cheap plastic connectors that hold the oven handle on to the door. I expected more from the Studio line. Paid a lot of money for something I expected to last. The new door handle is almost 60% the cost of the oven!!!!!

If you don't bake then buy this oven. If you do then find something else. We bought this one about 2 weeks before Christmas and the temps were off: Higher than noted above 350 and lower than noted below. It took until after the 1st to get a tech out. He replaced several things and checked the temp, saying it was good to go. The oven BURNS everything! It is not set on convection. My muffins and bread were scorched within 15 minutes of baking. DO NOT BUY this oven!!! I believe it's the "fan" constantly going that pushes the hot air across the top of my baked goods. I did not use convection oven either!!!

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience with the LSDS6338F oven. We're very sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the temperature accuracy and baking performance of this unit. Based on your feedback, it seems the oven may be running hotter than the set temperature, causing your baked goods to scorch within 15 minutes. This could be due to a problem with the oven's temperature sensor or other internal components. *The constant fan operation you mentioned may also be contributing to the uneven heat distribution, leading to the top of your baked goods.
Please send us a private message @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to further investigate the issue and explore potential solutions with you. We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you. -Junel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my new LG dual fuel range. My previous oven was gas fueled. I believe electric ovens are superior and this has been true each time I've used it.

Great range works well. Plan for NO Space behind for gas or electrical. None. Plan well, look at back to understand installation requirements. Don't trust web pictures, they are inaccurate.

The cooktop burners provide a wide range of BTU options, the oven performs well and has many different modes, the touch screen is easy to use, the grates are strong, the role out rack is a helpful feature, and the storage area has a convenient pull out drawer. I would have given 5 stars but the cooktop is difficult to clean because strong cleaners can't be used on the burner parts. Soap and water is the only cleaners that can be used but will not remove cooked-on food. I prefer having parts that can stand up to strong cleaners. Don't let that stop you from buying this range. It is one of the best dual-fuel ranges on the market.
