Front wheels are too small.

We have enjoyed the Sportsman 1100 for nearly a year now. Cooks great. The designer that opted to use small rotate wheels clearly has never had to maneuver the grill across a gravel surface. The wheels are entirely too small for the weight and required mobility of the Grill.

Not holding temp well

I like the smoker but it doesn’t hold its temperature very well. It swings in temps wildly

My first pellet grill and I am in heaven. Steaks, burgers, any pork or chicken, and best yet Brisket. Low and slow for that perfect smokey flavor then finish them off with a high heat seat...OMG!!!
We spend less time in the kitchen and more time grilling. The great thing is with low and slow you can set it and forget it. (Just remember to set a timer so you can go turn your meat.) All this while enjoying a great day with family and friends, you are not the one stuck at the grill while everyone else is having a great time.
