I love the grill and it is the best grilling experience I’ve had and I have used a lot of grills. I would have given it 5 stars but registering it was a real pain.

Bought this three years ago doesn’t keep temp and has multiple different hot spots on the grill and and hold temperature and center burns to hot to put anything there If not it would burn. Dissatisfied with the grill I got

I bought this grill a month ago and the igniter already went out and I have to fix it already it’s a expensive smoker to be having to fix it this soon very disappointed in this smoker shouldn’t stop working this soon

When reviewing a pellet grill, I look for reliable performance and consistent temperature control. This grill's digital readout allows for precise adjustments between 180°F and 500°F in 5-degree increments, ensuring optimal cooking results. The grill's flux was plus or minus 5 degrees, which is the best I have seen with a pellet grill. With a cooking area of 1,598 square inches, it can handle large cooking requirements. I like this grill, which is now my primary pellet grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the price…

I’ve had this grill for about 2 years. I use it maybe 2-3 times a year. I usually use my propane grill, because regardless of the ambient temperature (south Florida average 75-100°) it has never gotten hot enough to actually grill with. I set it to 500°, and it NEVER gets above 425°. I’ve tried every “fix” I’ve found online, and none allow it to actually get up to the set temp of 500°. I have a total of 10 pit boss vertical smokers and grills. I’ve learned the quirks and tricks to make all of the others work “ok”, but this one is impossible. All of my other grills are smaller, and I suspect that’s why they seem to work better. We have frequent family gatherings, and I needed a bigger grill, so I purchased this one. Big mistake. I can only assume that the size of the cooking chamber is the reason it simply can’t heat properly. Temps at lower temps seem to be relatively stable, but using the same size burn pot for every single grill they make is asinine. It’s just too small for this size grill to allow it to heat efficiently. I’ll be researching Traeger soon, and likely scrapping this one. Very disappointing….
