Broken

Auger broke using it for the first time. Priming it for initial burn off and pellet auger broke. Weld is broken right at burn pot

Poor auguer design

I purchased this smoker today. Putting it together was the easy part. Now taking it apart 2x because the auger jammed up twice within the first hour of using it was no fun. Thinking it could be the pellets I purchased with it, I went back out to get another new bag of pellets. Will see if I continue to have the same issue. Currently I would not recommend this product to anyone.
It does seem to me that the auger is to small for the pellets to make it though the tube.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Quig, thanks for sharing your experience. Auger jams can definitely be frustrating, especially early on. Sometimes pellet quality or moisture content can cause issues like this, so trying a fresh bag is a good step.

Two weeks of use and “Err2”

Used it for 2 weeks for about 4 cooks and auger stopped spinning/priming. Never left it empty , seems like there’s a clog inside. Worse part is that this product makes it difficult to access it .
