Great Workout Relief

I bought this shirt to relieve post-workout shoulder discomfort and it works wonderfully! I'm an older trainer, over 50, and I've suffered significant, shoulder discomfort (not pain, discomfort) after my most stressful workouts. I bought this shirt to as a potential remedy and it works wonderfully. I still have a little discomfort in my traps but my shoulders are otherwise nearly free of discomfort. I will be buying another. I see others complaining about sizing. It's functional clothing! If it's not tight it's not functioning!! Yes, it's tight, as it's supposed to be.
