I have been using copper sox for about a year. I was amazed at how much they helped on the very first wearing. Not so with the shoulder support shirt. I wore it to bed and in the morning I felt no relief.

I have an "unstable right shoulder" i.e. rolls forward due to an accident, oh, 50 years ago. I just got 2 shirts (1 navy, 1 white) and the navy one is perfect, the white less effective. Obviously it is the construction not the color.
