I travel a lot as an Airline Pilot. Because of the long hours in flight, my shoulders and neck get very tense. I wear this shirt as an undershirt to help support my shoulders as well as a reminder to keep good posture. After a few trips I have noticed a difference. I wish they made a shirt to get rid of jet lag.

I normally wear a large size tee shirt so I ordered one. I got the shirt and it was so small I couldn’t get it on. So I returned it and ordered an XL tee shirt. Same thing. I could get it on but it was so tight I couldn’t wear it. So I returned it and didn’t reorder. However it was a quality shirt so I would say order one.
