I wear a. Size xl so bought shirt in xl. Felt like a compression shirt when put on. Felt tight around arms but thought that might be that way to pull shoulders back. After about half hour my arm pits felt like shirt was rubbing thin raw and my arms started to go to sleep. If order go at least one size up and maybe that would help
