The support shirt did not give me any support. I have had other support shirts that really promote support. This shirt did nothing.
I ordered a large based on what was suggested. Maybe I shoild have ordered a medium.

I got this shirt some months ago, and it realy helps myf problems. I have the size XL and it is really too short and too tight. looking at the size chart I should have a XLT. , so as soon a TC offers my size I will get several.

like the support and it appears that it is helping with the soreness from workouts. one flaw is the lower end of shirt will not stay in place always creeps up. a lower end like the raglan performance shirts would be better. the raglan shirts stay in place better.

I have worn this shirt once so far and the material is a bit heavy. It seems to be no different than a regular compression shirt, that I could buy for $30.00 vs the $50 plus I spent on this.

I have a shoulder issue and had previously purchased TC traditional T shirts. I followed up with the purchase of the Shoulder support shirts. The shoulder support shirts provide substantially better support and compression for the shoulder. I wear them while playing racket sports and I am pleased with the performance
