I have bursitis in the shoulder and the compression shirts definitely help. This shirt adds more focused compression. One downside is the way the underarms are cut is not comfortable for me. It tends to pinch.

just put my shirt on,feels great I have had both shoulders operated on.I feel the support would recommend this,with said need to make them longer for tall people.
