I bought the Men's small because, being a 5'11" women with a long torso, I didn't think the women's would fit. The shirt is long enough, and seems to fit fine. However, the seams right under the arm do rub a bit. I kept the shirt, in the hope that this won't be a problem if I wear this all day.

Just received my shirt yesterday tried it on the XL fit was good. I have it on today at work,and my shoulder that has been bothering me is feeling pain free and loose. It has been bothering me for weeks. I was skeptical at first but can say the shirt is working for me!
