I wore this shirt for about 6 hours while driving at work. I couldn't wait to take it off. I had a rash under both arms. I know they are supposed to be a snug fit to provide the desired support. I'm guessing it's too small for me, but it's the same size (XL) as all of my other t-shirts (Under Armour) and undershirts (Haines) which fit comfortably. The material and quality of the shirt is excellent, but the sizing of the sleeve/underarm is too small. I'm not sure a larger size for the arm openings would offer the same core and back support for me...The chest and core sections of the shirt fit comfortably. Snug enough to give the advertised support and the material moves and stretches as you do.

Wait for a sale.. . $80 is a lot for an undershirt to wear under your uniform or shirt and tie. Great undershirt if you have to wear a short-sleeved white shirt and have shoulder issues. It fits like a glove. You'll feel a bit like you're in a girdle. And if you have trouble with lower back issues as well it's kind of got a built-in safety belt to a certain extent. It will improve posture for sure. But $80 is a bit steep for an undershirt, even for a therapeutic one. I tried to catch their posted 24 hour holiday sale but all the 2XL white short sleeve shirts are already gone. I would have grabbed a week's worth this time because at $40 a pop it's still high but more justifiable for me at that price point ($200 vs $400). And obviously, it is for a lot of other big guys. I hope that the next time they do a sale that they will load up more with the 2XL short-sleeved white shirts. I will be back to check the next time I see a sale. I wanted to get enough to last me a work week. They are a life-saver but it's hard to shell out $400 for a good week's worth of undershirts. I know the life/comfort of one's shoulder/back is invaluable and $400 might seem like a small price to pay in comparison. I'm a big tall guy and the 2XL is very snug but I like that feeling. If you have claustrophobia and don't like snug fitting clothes that would be another issue. But that's part of the design to fit your sore area with a built in tight/reinforced sling/sleeve. But at 6'2" and 240 lbs it's tight but it feels like I'm wearing a luxury muscle shirt. If you have a somewhat decent physique you'll like the way they cling.

Purchased this item a month ago. 'Admit the products has good materials, and impressively design/made. But, it doesn't do anything to aided with upper body problem solving. Bottom lines, I am disappointed with myself for purchasing this item, and will not recommend this product. Thanks!!!,
