Runs WAAAY small and no availability in my size

I bought two of these shirts in a size large and they are at least one size too small. There are colors but black available in an extra large so I have two shirts I can’t use.

, Despite ordering a small, the appropriate size for me, I found the fit disappointing: the neck pouches out at the back and chokes in the front; and the shoulders bunch up and do not provide the kind of anti-slouch postural reminder and assist the description of the shirt promoted.
