I came to the site all excited to buy this shirt I have terrible shoulders and thought this would help. I wear a 2X or a 3X but after reading a review from someone who normally wears a 2x saying the arm holes were to small, I had to back off, I wasn't going to pay a good amount of money for something that would not work. If they are going to make shirts they should also consider making long as a size addition.

I have worn the shirt 3 times now. I have a slouch problem. I have tried other back support devices that I can only wear at home. The problem is the devices are noticeably. The Tommy Copper centric support shirt can be worn as a under shirt. The shirt pulls my shoulders back so I do not slouch when I wear it. It works for me. It works so well that I ordered two more so I can wear a clean shirt everyday to work.

I bought these to where during a tradeshow. They were great. Kept my shoulders back and posture in line. They did, however, rub in my under arm causing significant discomfort.
