I have used Tommie copper products for several years and this is by far the best, helps both my upper and mid back and shoulder issues. Sizing is everything though, and you may need to try different sizes, I ended going a size smaller, took a full day for me to get used to it but worked best for me but I have a lot of back and shoulder issues. I would like to see them make something that put this type of focus on neck muscles.

Completely loose around the neck line. I notice no noticeable support. No different then another compression shirt other than uncomfortable seam that runs in your armpit. Save your money.

I bought a shoulder support shirt as an experiment. I put it on and wore it for two days,even slept in it. It is great. I just ordered 3 more. The shirt really works by gradually pulling my shoulders and and upper back into alignment. Ithe seems to really improve my posture. Makes me feel more energetic.

I do not recommend this shirt. I wear either a L or XL. I purchased an XL and this shirt is WAY too tight and small and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it does nothing. I do not notice any discernible support for my shoulder. I do not recommend this product at all.
