I tried to get in touch with customer service for information about returning items that were not sized appropriately. Went to hold and then disconnected about 10 times. Tried the same phone number to place a new order and had the same problem

The shirt is well made. I just wish you sold extended sizing for those of us that need it. I wear a 2XL in all shirts. Except this one. I have a 54” chest and really needed a 3XL. I’ll still wear it but I’m not sure I’ll be comfortable enough in it to see if the shoulder support works or not which is why I bought it.
