I have had a pinched nerve in my shoulder stemming from Jr. High playing Bari-Sax in marching season. I also spend a lot of time typing, playing the piano/organ keyboard, driving, and being a priest at the Altar. So the tendency is to lean forward rather than standing or sitting upright. The Tommie Copper shoulder support shirt is no less than phenomenal! It may be placebo effect, but it is worth the cost.
My wife was skeptical, and yet bought one for herself. She texted me, "OMG, you were right!"
Our son is a Dr. of Physical Therapy, and when I asked him about TC, he bought me a second shirt for a birthday present!
What more can I say? Spend the money!

Although tight and I thought too small at first, it stretched as I wore it and became comfortable allowing me to function better with my slightly torn rotator cuff. Washed up nice.
