Nice shirt but be careful with sizing-recommend one size up

I've been having some issues in my shoulder blade/scapula area so I thought this shirt might be helpful during workouts. I am 6 ft 163 and my chest is 38. I've been a medium for my entire adult life so ordered it. This is so tight it feels like an extra small, and wasn't comfortable at all. I called TC and sending it back in hopes that the large will work out, even though i am not large by any means. Will update the review after I get the next size up. It is a nice material so I assume once it fits I will get some use of it.

I had three shoulder surgeries. The shirt did not give support across the upper back for shoulder support. It did not fit properly. I need to return it for a refund.

Too much to say about these shirts in this little space. Subtle but notable tension on the shoulders that helps support my shoulders throughout the day from gym to yardwork. I will be purchasing more!
