I have Osteo arthritis in my shoulders and knees. These joints are worn out. The knee compression sleeves keep my knee joints in place and lets me lead a normal life. My right shoulder is scheduled for replacement in the near future. My pro compression shoulder shirt relieves much pain by keeping parts in place and straightening my posture.
