this gives me the extra support I need to get through the day comfortably. Work is sedentary, a lot of time on the computer. It's too early in the year to find out if it's going to be too warm under my dress shirt.

I had recently had back surgery and I purchased the compression shirt for the lower back and it gives me the support I need to get back into working out. I also have several shirts for my shoulders and the quality and support is fantastic. I use these shirts on a daily basis around the house in the gym.

Wearing this shirt makes me remember to keep my posture correct- and not slouch! And it feels good too! Just wish they were a bit more affordable otherwise I love them.
