My earlier and first purchase from Tommie Copper was the low back support shirt, and I am loving my workouts now .. the shirt makes me feel more 'Aggressive' (Ha .. I'm 71 years old on a Bowflex !). Anyway, I have always done wide arm-spread bench press for max results, and after many, many years it seems to have caught up with me. I have an aggravating condition known as Proximal Bicep Tendinitis in both shoulders. Sooo, I took another chance on TC's Shoulder support Shirt, and now I wear it most of the day. I notice the 'squeeze' in my shoulders, and whether or not it's the copper working or having my shoulders 'pinned' a little tighter I honestly forget about the usual irritation. I've only worn this shirt for 2 weeks now, and I'm actually hoping this might give me permanent relief (which can happen with this condition). IOW, my time 'outside the shirt' is already growing more tolerable, and I just started wearing it last week. I mean, I've had the PB Tendinitis issue for almost 7 months ! . . . . " Just sayin' ".

I was skeptical for sure and the price is hefty, but it actually works for me. I figured I would try it for a day or 2 and end up returning it, but I'm keeping this thing. It helps subside my shoulder/upper back pain while at work.
It is really tight and somewhat uncomfortable but its a trade off for pain relief. I do wish it breathed a little better tho, you feel hot in it but don't seem to sweat too much for some reason.
I'd recommend it overall.

Sizing was accurate. Get the size you normally do. Great support. Pulls the shoulders back just right. Only drawback is that the inside seams in the upper shoulder are rough and can irritate with all day wear. I’ll give them a few months and see if they fix that, then I’ll buy another!
